What to do if I got Error 503 Server overload.?

Hi.. I get Error 503 server overload but currently my CPU is not overloaded it 26% what may cause server overload while CPU % is low..

And what should I do if my server got overloaded? How to fix it

Thank you.. I also see this slider in admin/website settings/ server over load.. there is slider for 1min, 5min, 15min..

When you slide it left or right percentage increase/decrease.. how does that slider work..? When you increase or decrease what will happen..

I have tried to decrease it when my server was overloaded but I ddn't see any direct effect.. I think I ddn't know how that section work..

Can you explain to me a little it functionality if you know thanks.

Если переместить ползунок в право - сервер будет работать до изнеможения.
Если в лево - перезагрузится раньше.
