How To Update Cinemapress

Hello sir I am trying To Update my CMS i follow your Instructions i alreayd have setup account for backup on mega.nz and i can see backup files on mega.nz but its not upgrading CMS. when i am using comand cinemapress in SSH there are some options missing like mirror and update database please guide me how can update cinemapress to latest version i will be thankful
